Description
J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd were awarded the project which involved the demolishing of a very old, tired Scout Hut and providing a new modern facility designed Scout Hut incorporating external brick and timber cladding with aluminium windows. The structure was primarily a steel portal frame enveloping the above fabric.
Internally all walls were decorated and complimented by high quality oak joinery together with a bespoke stainless steel kitchen.
The mechanical and electrical specification benefited from a high quality standard and also of a pumped sewerage system and an economy rainwater harvesting system.
