Due to the ground condition, extensive ground stabilisation works were undertaken prior to being able to develop. Following these works, J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd utilised a modern timber frame method of construction finished with a block and render detail. The site was handed over ahead of contract completion, on budget and with a 100% safety record.
