We are pleased to announce a new development in partnership with the esteemed Sir Josiah Mason Trust (SJMT). This project will see the construction of a brand new apartment block comprising four high-quality apartments.
This marks our second collaboration with Sir Josiah Mason Trust, we have already commenced work on their exciting refurbishment project at Alexandra Court, further strengthening our partnership and commitment to supporting their vital work.
This new development holds significant meaning for the local community as it will provide much-needed, comfortable, and secure homes. By increasing the availability of suitable housing, we aim to contribute to the well-being and stability of the area.
For those unfamiliar, SJMT are a family of charities & community of people supporting those most in need in the West Midlands, who want everyone, regardless of age or circumstances, to feel secure, have opportunities and to thrive.
