Works are progressing nicely on our Cheveral Road site, in partnership with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council & John Lester Partnership Limited
Currently, Plots 1- 4 are at the 2nd fix stage, with finishings lined up to start soon and Plots 5-8 are closed up and are currently being plastered. All services, such as electric, water and BT are now being installed on site.
Groundworkers have also recently returned to the site to begin the works on the externals starting with the hard landscaping elements.
Once completed, Cheveral Road will deliver 8 new affordable homes comprising:
• Four one-bedroom flats
• Four two-bedroom houses
This project is part of a broader development, which also includes the construction of 15 new dwellings at our sister site on Armson Road, Bedworth.
