We are proud to announce the successful completion of two new detached bungalows at Fane Road, delivering much-needed accessible homes for local residents of Wolverhampton.
Developed in partnership with City of Wolverhampton Council, the homes have been designed to meet M4(2) Accessible and Adaptable Dwelling standards, helping residents live independently whilst ensuring the properties can adapt to changing needs in the future.
The development has transformed a former brownfield site into two high-quality, energy-efficient homes built to modern standards of accessibility, sustainability and performance including features such as:

- Energy-efficient design with renewable technology integration
- Solar PV and future-ready infrastructure
- Electric vehicle charging provision
