We have some BIG news here at Harper HQ! We are extremely excited to announce that we have been awarded the Caldicot School Redevelopment and Woodstock Way Contract in Caldicot Town, Monmouthshire.
This project is our second major development undertaken with Monmouthshire Housing Association and we’re very much looking forward to working together on another exciting venture, further strengthening our successful partnership and delivering some fantastic new homes alongside Taylor Lewis.
This project will also be our largest development since 2023 (throwback to our award-winning Bath Street project in Hereford).
The new development will see the currently derelict site where the old Caldicot School was, transformed it into a vibrant community, comprising a mixture of 46 new apartments and houses to address the various housing needs of the area.
The development will deliver:
- 26 x one-bed apartments
- 3 x two-bed apartments
- 10 x two-bed houses
- 5 x three-bed houses
- 2 x four-bed house
All set around a landscaped central green space for residents to enjoy.
The dwellings will be EPC-A rated and will benefit from PV Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, MVHR systems. We will also be installing a secure bike store to encourage cycling uptake.
We are excited to get started, delivering affordable housing to the community of Caldicot and to make tangible, positive differences both on and off-site.
