We are pleased to announce another recent handover, this time at Albion Road and Bull Lane on behalf of Sandwell Council. The 5 new traditional houses and bungalows are situated in West Bromwich and have brought some much-needed affordable housing to the area. Great work team!
We are thrilled to be working with Citizen on the development of 30 apartments in Coventry. The apartment block will comprise of 1 bedroom apartments and includes a communal area, kitchenette, lounge and office. We look forward to working with Citizen again on another development to bring much needed affordable housing to the area of Ebbw Vale Terrace.
2021 was a successful year, working closely with Wolverhampton Homes to secure 11 garage sites across the city.
