On Thursday 22nd January 2026, members from Harper HQ gathered at the Sir Josiah Mason Trust head office in Solihull for an event to celebrate the completion of the refurbishment project to their Alexandra Court building. The event was also the official naming ceremony for the refreshed building, which is now called Foster House, in honour of Betty Foster, who has been a significant part of SJMT’s history for over 83 years.
With over 50 people in attendance, including residents of Foster House, members of Sir Josiah Mason Trust, Thornton-Firkin LLP and Homes England, we witnessed the unveiling, conducted by The Worshipful, the Mayor of Solihull, Councillor Annette Mackenzie.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sir Josiah Mason Trust for organising the event and it was a pleasure to attend. We also hope that all the residents of the new Foster House are very happy in their new residences.
