Here at Harper HQ, we are proud to announce that we have been appointed to the New Homes for Wales Framework with the WPA (Welsh Procurement Alliance)
We can’t wait to get started with the delivery of much-needed, high-quality and affordable housing across Mid and South-East Wales, helping to meet the housing needs in communities across those regions.
We are also looking forward to forging new working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers from within these areas, as we strive to procure as locally as possible to retain regional spending, benefitting communities and the local economy.
