We recently had the pleasure of awarding three talented students from Staunton & Corse C of E Academy with prizes for their fantastic artwork. The school is just around the corner from our Johnstone Close site in partnership with Two Rivers Housing.
We challenged the students to ‘design their dream home.’ It’s fair to say that we were very impressed by their creativity and imagination!
To celebrate their talent, we’re displaying all their artwork on the fencing at Johnstone Close for everyone to see. We think it adds a vibrant splash of colour to the site.
Inspired by the students’ creativity, we even considered adding a slide from the bedroom window of Plot 4 into a swimming pool, but sadly the idea was rejected at our latest planning meeting as it wouldn’t be in keeping with the village’s style….
