Last week we had the pleasure of attending the CPRE Gloucestershire Awards Ceremony to receive our award for our project; The Sunground, Avening.
The award was for a ‘sensitively designed and detailed project that provides urgently needed social rental and shared ownership housing, and that fits within its surroundings.’
The award acknowledged our adherence to the District Council’s Design Code, the utilisation of sustainable features such as PV panels and Air Source Heat Pumps, and our considerate planning in providing adequate vehicular and highways infrastructure without impacting the landscape
The Sunground project would’ve not been possible without the successful collaboration with English Rural, DJD Architects and Randall Simmonds LLP.
We are proud to have been able to provide affordable rural housing to the local community to meet the increasing demands nationwide.
