We are excited to share that we have completed works on our Beever Road project in collaboration with Sandwell Council.
This development has provided 8 modern flats and 10 high-specification bungalows, bringing much-needed affordable housing to the Tipton Community.
The dwellings are equipped with EV charging points and PV panels, with the bungalows achieving EPC A ratings and the flats achieving EPC B ratings, all contributing to a greener future
The new council houses consist of two-bedroom bungalows and one-bedroom apartments.
It has been a pleasure to have played a role in this project and we look forward to continuing our work to deliver high-quality affordable housing to local communities.
