Works have now completed on a £4.85m development consisting of 3 blocks of Timber Frame Apartments in Blackfriars Street, Hereford.
The scheme was constructed using a lightweight timber frame. Two of the blocks have both external metal frame terrace balconies and internal passenger lifts. The lifts are constructed in their own custom made steel frame lift shaft.
The development includes a new road, car parking facilities and enhanced highway frontages.
The scheme comprises of 51 No. one & two-bedroom apartments which will provide a mix of affordable rent, shared ownership and elderly living units.
