A sneak peek at our Blythe Bridge project in Staffordshire, in partnership with Aspire Housing where we are constructing 12 modern apartments exclusively for the over 55s.
As you can see, the superstructure works are almost complete, with the scaffolding due to be dropped within a fortnight. The internals trades can now start ramping up their works and we’ll begin the preparations for the externals works to begin. Plastering is beginning on the first-floor apartments whilst kitchens are being installed on the ground floor along with Second Fix works.
We are excited to see this development continue to progress at pace and we look forward to delivering much-needed quality housing for the local area.
