We are making great strides on the Blythe Bridge development in Staffordshire, in partnership with Aspire Housing. We are constructing 12 modern apartments that are exclusively for the over 55s, which will provide valuable new housing for the local community.
We are pleased to report that the substructures and block-and-beam works are now complete, and scaffold matts are in place, setting the stage for the next phase. Over the next month, the site will undergo a transformation as the timber frame structure is installed
Upcoming works include:
Full scaffold build for timber frame installation
Timber frame construction begins Monday, with a timeline of approximately 4-5 weeks
Followed by roof coverings installation
Window installations
Superstructure brickwork
