Here at Harper HQ, we are pleased to report that construction works at our Hartshill project are well underway, with all substructures and associated civil drainage works completed.
We successfully installed the screed earlier than usual in preparation for the superstructures. Brickwork has now commenced on site, and precast flooring is scheduled to be installed in the coming weeks.
This is our second current project in collaboration with Sir Josiah Mason Trust, a family of charities dedicated to supporting those most in need across the West Midlands. This project will deliver a brand-new apartment block comprising four high-quality apartments in Solihull.
We are excited to be able to Sir Josiah Mason Trust to delivery these much-needed homes. ️
