This week, we’re excited to shine a light on our fantastic team here at Harper HQ and celebrate the well-deserved promotions over the last 12 months:
Andrew Chadd – Company Director
Congratulations to Andrew Chadd on his promotion to Company Director! Andrew joined the Harper’s family in 2018 and brings over 22 years of valuable experience in the construction industry. His work ethic, expertise, attention to detail, and drone photography skills are unmatched and we’re glad that someone gets up at the crack of dawn to catch those beautiful sunrise shots!
Paul Davies – Company Director
Congratulations to Paul Davies on his promotion to Company Director. Paul has been with Harper’s since 2004, starting on-site and progressing up to Surveying Director. He also hasn’t aged since 2004 either (feel free to drop your healthcare routine Paul…). His dedication and expertise have been instrumental to our success, and we look forward to seeing him continue to thrive.
Matthew Harvey – Company Director
We are also excited to announce Matthew Harvey’s promotion to Company Director! Matthew’s journey with Harper’s began in 2016. From Estimator to Senior Quantity Surveyor, his hard work and dedication have earned him this well-deserved promotion. His in-depth knowledge and commitment to accuracy make him a vital part of our team.
Matthew Meredith – Associate Director
A massive congratulations to Matthew on his third promotion since starting at Harpers in 2020, moving up from Senior Quantity Surveyor to Associate Director. It has been great to see him develop professionally into an exceptionally capable surveyor and all round brilliant asset to the team here at Harpers.
Ross Taylor – Small Works Manager
Congratulations to Ross on his promotion to Small Works Manager. Ross has been with Harpers for 12 years and is now overseeing our newly created small works division. We look forward to seeing him thrive in his new role and continue to grow the small works department.
George Edmands – Senior Estimator
We’re delighted to announce George Edmands’ promotion to Senior Estimator. George joined Harper’s in 2021 and has excelled in the estimating department ever since. We look forward to watching him flourish in this new role.
Tara Rodenhurst – Senior Secretary
Congratulations to Tara on her promotion to Senior Secretary. Tara has been with Harper’s for nearly a year and has shown outstanding commitment since joining. We are also very grateful here at the Leominster office for her amazing baking skills, which always go down a treat!
Tom Godwin – Senior Quantity Surveyor
A big congratulations to Tom Godwin on his promotion to Senior Quantity Surveyor. Tom joined us in 2022 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment and talent, earning praise for his skills as a surveyor.
