Here at Harper HQ, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Contract to deliver the Clent Way development in Bartley Green, Birmingham.
This project is our first collaboration with GreenSquareAccord & Tetra Tech and we can’t wait to get started on site, working together to deliver a fantastic scheme for the local area.
The project will re-develop a derelict garage site in to 12no. new homes, a mixture of houses and bungalows, addressing the local housing needs. More specifically, it will deliver:
3no. two-storey, two-bedroom houses
5no. three-storey, two-bedroom houses
2no. three-storey, three-bedroom houses
2no. one-bedroom bungalows
As part of the works, we will also be replacing the existing garages to the wider estate, ensuring that existing residents continue to have secure storage.
