Demolition has commenced at Goldthorn Road, Kidderminster! Working with Community Housing we are regenerating the area around the Jubilee Drive North, Spring Grove Road, Godson Avenue and Goldthorn Road roundabout, bringing much-needed housing to the local community. We are delighted to continue our successful partnership.
The first stage involves demolishing two existing dwellings to pave the way for eight new affordable one, two, and three-bedroom homes, addressing urgent housing needs.
This project reflects our ongoing commitment to creating thriving communities through strategic partnerships.
