Here at Harper HQ, we are pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract to deliver 14no. new homes, in partnership with Aspire Housing and Poole Dick. These new homes, a mixture of houses and flats, will be delivered on the Bath Road site in Silverdale, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This scheme will see the regeneration of a residential area, providing new, energy-efficient homes which are designed to better accommodate the requirements of modern living. The new homes will be fitted with Air Source Heat Pumps to maximise their environmental performance and keep energy bills for the future residents low. These properties will be made available for affordable rent, directly addressing the housing needs of the local area.
