Here at Harper HQ, we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract for Langdale Drive and Fane Road. The works involve the construction of four new accessible bungalows across two housing sites, in collaboration with City of Wolverhampton Council
The Langdale Drive and Fane Road developments are also the first of 11 sites that will come forward through the Affordable Homes Programme pilot Homes England has chosen City of Wolverhampton Council to deliver, providing £19.7million funding to start building 200 new homes over the next two years.
The projects involve the redevelopment of brownfield sites, which will facilitate an increase in affordable and accessible housing options, and contribute to the ongoing regeneration and community development within Wolverhampton.
Construction works are underway at both sites, with the superstructure now in progress on both Langdale Drive and Fane Road.
