Harpers HQ and our partners in this project Community Housing are eager to share our latest progress update for our Goldthorn Road site over in the busy Market Town of Kidderminster.
This traditional build project incorporates the building of eight M4 compliant new homes with all the associated external landscaping, highway and street works being completed whilst retaining features to satisfy existing levels.
Progress wise:
Site A which consists of 5 dwellings; plots 1-3 we are currently installing block and beam, and plots 4-5 the 1st lift brickwork / superstructure has commenced
Meanwhile on Site B which consists of 3 dwellings; plots 1-2 the first lift is now completed and the plot 3 first lift is under construction.
