As the end of the year fast approaches and the mercury plunges, here at Harper HQ, we are progressing well on all of our projects across the business.
One such project is our Goldthorn Road scheme in Kidderminster, which we are delivering in partnership with Community Housing. This scheme will deliver 8 much-needed affordable houses for the area, with a mixture of 1-3 bedroom properties to service the varied needs of the community.
The superstructures works are complete and internals have progressed to decorations and final trades stage. External landscaping has also begun in earnest and all is progressing in line with the projected completion date in early 2026.
