Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from Homes England to our Edinburgh House site. This project is being delivered in partnership with Connexus comprising of 13 one- and two-bedroom apartments available for social rent and 18 two- and three-bedroom houses available for shared ownership and social rent.
Currently on site, the following works are well underway:

o Existing building fully stripped out
o Roof removed and re-roofed with upgraded timber battens and membranes
o All ground floor drainage installed
o Adaptations to existing windows and doors to create new openings
️ ️️Plot 11 ️️
o Windows installed
o Brickwork complete
o Roof coverings finished
o Internal first fix carpentry and M&E works ongoing
️ ️ ️️Plots 12-18, 9, 10 ️️
o Windows installed
o Second lift of brickwork ongoing
o Internal first fix works in progress

o Windows installed
o Brickwork up to first lift
️️ ️️Plots 1-5 ️️
o Timber frame currently being erected, with completion expected next week
