We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Hornbeam Close, a significant development of 21 new homes in Bradley Stoke, South Gloucestershire. Working in collaboration with LiveWest, we have brought to fruition a project that prioritises accessible and inclusive living.
The dwellings consist of:
– 7 no. 2-storey houses
– 2 no. 3-storey houses with integral garage
– 9 no. flats designed for supported living
– 2 no. accessible flats for wheelchair users
– 1 no. communal space / office to allow 24hr supported living assistance
– 1 no. Bungalow designed for semi-independent supported living
The development offers a diverse range of homes to meet various needs within the community. The two fully accessible flats designed for wheelchair users meet Part M4(2) standards and benefit from lift access. They feature larger floor areas and adaptable kitchens designed to meet the specific needs of the residents.
The nine houses will be made available for affordable rent for local families bringing much-needed housing to the local community of Bradley Stoke.
We are proud to have delivered this sustainable and inclusive housing development, contributing positively to the local community of Gloucestershire.
We also had the pleasure of attending the opening event hosted by Livewest showcasing the properties and the positive impacts they are having on the lives of the new residents.
