Progress is well underway at our Johnstone Close site in collaboration with Two Rivers Housing, with the superstructure reaching completion. The internal works can now progress at full pace, safely protected from the inevitable downpours of a British “BBQ Summer.”

Currently on site, we are progressing with:
Removal of scaffolding
Final roof coverings installed
Last of the solar panels installed
Connecting services to the first eight plots
Forming hard landscaping and parking areas
Internal works are ramping up including kitchens, bathrooms and finishing touches.
This project will deliver 20 new, much-needed, affordable homes for Staunton village by the end of 2025. The new homes will be available for social rent and Shared Ownership.
