This week we are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week by recognising the benefits our apprentices bring to our organisation.
Ben joined us in the summer and is now completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery at Heart of Worcestershire College.
Day to day, Ben works across a number of our developments gaining hands on experience and knowledge from our skilled onsite teams.
We look forward to seeing Ben develop his carpentry career throughout his 2 year course.
