Here at Harper HQ, we are delighted to announce we have been awarded another contract as part of the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Framework. We are thoroughly looking forward to partnering again with City of Wolverhampton Council to deliver another fantastic regeneration scheme.
This scheme, on Earl Street in Bilston, will see a former garage site transformed into 4no. new one-bedroom maisonettes. These properties are designed to EPC-A rating, making use of PV panels and battery storage to maximise energy efficiency and environmental performance, keeping energy bills low for the future tenants. These maisonettes will be made available for affordable rent, directly addressing the housing needs of the local area.
