Big news for Stourbridge! Harpers have been awarded the contract to deliver the redevelopment of the Mayfield House site. This scheme, in partnership with GreenSquareAccord and Walker Cotter Safety Ltd, will bring new, much-needed affordable housing to the centre of Stourbridge.
The project will involve the demolition of the existing buildings, followed by the erection of 2no. apartment blocks, delivering a total of 22no. one-bedroom apartments, with associated external works and landscaping. This development will help directly address the local housing needs for Stourbridge.
