Project progress is well underway on our Rockfield Farm development in collaboration Monmouthshire Housing Association. We also had the pleasure of welcoming MHA’s CEO Gwyndaf Tobias onto site to have a tour of the exciting new development.
Internally all plots are now in the final stages of painting cleaning mastic application snagging final checks and commissioning to ensure quality and precision.
Externally we are making excellent progress with the installation of grass turf nearly complete, fencing approaching completion and all pumping stations successfully commissioned.
This project will deliver 32 energy efficient affordable homes offering a diverse mix of timber framed houses bungalows and walk-up flats. Designed to achieve an EPC A rating these homes exemplify our commitment to sustainability and community focused living.
