Sadly, there’s no pot of gold at the end of this rainbow, however we do have something equally as exciting…our new Southlands Avenue development.
We are now in the final stages of the programme, with snagging underway to ensure we bring this project over the finish line.
This development will deliver 28 new homes, including a mix of one- and three-bedroom houses and bungalows. These will be available for affordable rent and rent-to-buy options. Additionally, the bungalows will be adapted to be fully accessible for residents with mobility requirements.
We are pleased to be collaborating with Housing Plus Group on this project to provide much-needed affordable housing in Gobowen.
