Recent drone footage of our Robert Owen House project, in collaboration with Powys County Council, captures the great progress of our construction work.
With the timber frame complete, we are now making significant headway on the exterior brickwork facades and internal tasks.
The upcoming stages will include second fix installations, such as electrical and plumbing fixtures, as well as the fitting of sanitary ware, kitchen units, and ceramics.
The 32 flats are designed to achieve an EPC A rating, bringing much needed energy efficient and sustainable housing to the local community.
