Recent drone footage captures the fantastic progress made at our Robert Owen House site. The current works being undertaken include:
- Groundworkers have begun installing kerbs, paving, and slabs to form footpaths, which are set to be completed throughout the site.
- Internally, decorating, electrical work, and joinery are well underway as we enter the final fix stage.
- Staircases have been installed, with slabbing completed at the top of the stairs.
- Fencing and landscaping have also commenced.
This development will soon deliver 32 energy-efficient one-bedroom apartments to Newtown, proudly in collaboration with Powys County Council.
