Description
J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd acted as principal contractor under a JCT Design & Build Contract 2011 with Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing, DJD Architects and Fellows Construction Consultants to complete the construction of a terraced block consisting of 3 no. two bedroom, two storey dwellings at Church Road, Alveley on a greenfield site.
The project was undertaken on on a fixed price lump sum and was delivered ahead of programme and on budget.
The properties were of a timber frame construction clad externally with brick under a slate roof, the project was enhanced externally with a soft and hard landscaping scheme with two tarmac drives to each dwelling.
We believe the project suitably demonstrates the ability of J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd to deliver projects to warkmanship standard whilst adding value to the project delivery.
