Description
We were appointed to be the main contractor on a development set within the heart of the Cotswolds. Working with Cirencester Housing to bring much needed affordable housing to the rural area of North Cerney.
Starting as a greenfield site, there were no incoming gas or foul drainage, thus the careful consideration of the services design. As an alternative means to discharging foul water, a bio digestive system has been installed to faciliate the properties. Air source heat pumps have also been installed as an alternative to gas boilers. Each dwelling incorporates a high degree of renewable energy through these design alternatives.
With natural beauty surrounding the development the design and architecture adopted, maintains the character and features presented throughout the existing village.
We completed the development to the highest standard and we are proud to have once again been able to work with Cirencester Housing to produce affordable homes.
