Here at Harper HQ, we are happy to report that progress continues on our Southlands Avenue site in Gobowen, on behalf of The Wrekin Housing Group. We are pleased to announce that all plots are now water-tight and we are pushing on with the Second Fix, Decorations and Floor Fittings across the 28 plots.
With the external works now nearing 50% completion, we have been able to make some design changes, namely around the designs of the garden areas, in order to give the future residents their own individual private outdoor spaces to enjoy.
Watch this space for further updates as Harper Group and Wrekin Housing Group work together toward the completion of this scheme, providing much needed affordable housing for the area.
