A scheme of 7 No. Dwellings are to be built on the existing Stagholt Pavilion in Stonehouse.
The properties will be of a timber frame construction, once completed the site will be a mixture of red brick and rendered homes. Works on the development include; demolition of the existing pavilion, adopting drainage systems and creating a precast concrete headwall along the neighbouring river’s edge.
