Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming electrical students from Coleg Gwent onto our Rockfield Farm site.
Our contracts manager and site manager led an educational tour, highlighting the electrical systems within the dwellings. Additionally, our suppliers Daikin Comfort and SolaX Power provided valuable insights into Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Energy Technology.
This project will bring 32 new homes all made available for affordable housing in collaboration with Monmouthshire Housing Association
All homes are set to achieve an EPC A rating through the utilisation of Air Source Heat Pumps and PV panels.
We hope the students enjoyed their experience on our Rockfield site and gained valuable, first-hand insight into site life.
