We are excited to announce the successful completion of Phase 2 of the renovation works at Beulah Court! This project was carried out in collaboration with Dudley Council to renovate an existing flat and guest room in Halesowen.
Successful Completion of Phase 2 Works at Beulah Court
The refurbishment works included:
Installation of structural steels to open up space and combine the dwellings
Masonry works and stud partitions
New wet room facility
Open-plan kitchen
Fresh plaster finishes throughout and full decoration
Installation of new fire-rated doors
Door entry system and warden call system
