Last week we were joined on site by Two Rivers Housing, Forest of Dean District Council, Homes England and Frazer Garner Associates Ltd for a grand tour of our Johnstone Close site located in the idyllic village of Staunton.
It is incredibly exciting to see the site transform into 20 new affordable homes! With the demolition of the former sheltered housing scheme now behind us, the development featuring both social rent and Shared Ownership properties is really coming together.
We are proud to announce that these timber frame homes are designed to achieve an EPC A rating and are set for completion by the end of 2025.
