Citizen New Homes Ltd are delighted with the completion of our new development ‘Chapmans Orchard’. Working with J.Harper & Sons Ltd during the construction phase of this scheme and over course of its twelve month duration, has proven to be an effective and collaborative partnership. The development has run without a ‘hitch’. The smooth running of the delivery, adherence to program and attention to detail and quality is testimony to both the site delivery team and those that support them within their office base.
