The scheme was completed on time, within budget and finished to a very high standard. As a result, I have invited colleagues and customers to visit and inspect the properties with complete confidence that they will be impressed with what they see. Whilst the finished product is of great importance to us, more importantly, it might be argued from my perspective as the client, is the manner in which the scheme has been delivered. It is difficult to highlight any individual: Mike Harvey, Nick Bates, Garry Godsall, Nick Davies and Matt Groves, all conducted themselves with professional, customer focused, positive and collaborative attitudes throughout the project.
Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending J.Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd. This is an outstanding example of collaborative working which has produced a fabulous development scheme, which also has been a positive experience to work on. I rarely get an opportunity to be so freely complimentary. In fact, it has been many years since I have been compelled to write in such terms.
