Work is now underway at our rural exception site in the picturesque village of Bomere Heath, situated just to the north of the medieval market town of Shrewsbury, in Shropshire.
Harpers HQ together with Housing Plus Group are set to build 19 affordable new homes; a selection of flats, bungalows, and houses for Social Rent and Shared Ownership.
The work will consist of creating vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from Merrington Road, as well as landscaping and associated works including open spaces, a play area, wildlife corridors, with an ecological focus on retaining a nearby wet pond.
These homes will not only be visually appealing but environmentally conscious utilising a sustainable urban drainage system all creating affordable new homes in-keeping with the surrounding areas.
It is anticipated that the work will be completed in the spring of 2026.
