Harper HQ are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Contract to deliver the Edinburgh House development in Wem. This exciting project marks another significant milestone in our ongoing and successful partnership with Connexus.
Together, we will be delivering much-needed affordable homes to the local community in Wem. The scheme will offer a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership properties, comprising:
18 spacious new-build houses
13 modern flats, which are a refurbishment of the existing Edinburgh House building
The refurbishment of Edinburgh House involves partial demolition to the existing building, preparing it for its transformation into contemporary living spaces. This blend of new construction and adaptive reuse represents a vital investment in the local area, providing high-quality, affordable housing options that will benefit individuals and families for years to come.
