This project has delivered much-needed affordable housing to support the growing demands of the local housing market.
The development involved transforming an unused brownfield site into a vibrant new community. The completed developments include:

Margam Crescent: 4 semi-detached houses
Poplar Road: 2 semi-detached houses
Westbrook Avenue: 2 semi-detached houses
