Harper New Homes currently build and have acquired land in the Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire regions. As well as increasing our land portfolio in the current areas, we are keen to expand further afield and are therefore seeking potential development sites with or without planning consent in both urban and rural areas.

Help to Buy:
‘Help to Buy your New Harper Home’
Help to Buy is a Government backed initiative scheme to help buyers secure a mortgage on a new build home with as little as a 5% deposit.
The government lends the purchaser up to 20% of the value of your newly built home and a 75% mortgage makes up the rest.
How it works:
- The scheme is available to first time buyers and existing homeowners.
- The minimum of a 5% deposit is required from the purchasers.
- The government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new home through the equity loan.
- You will then need to obtain a 75% mortgage
- Only available on New Build Homes
- The maximum house purchase price that qualifies for the scheme is £600,000.
In certain circumstances if you wish to buy a new Harper Home we may be able to buy your existing property at a price we agree with you based on independent valuations.
This both helps you avoid all the stress of trying to sell your home on the open market, avoids Estate Agents fees and avoids the inconvenience of a chain thus making your home move as straightforward as possible.
