Last week we welcomed Keenon onto site at Richmond House, Shrewsbury.
Keenon is a Level 1 Electrician, studying at Shrewsbury Colleges Group and has been working alongside our electricians on site. Gaining hands on experience, he assisted in the development of 12 houses which we are constructing on behalf of Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing.
One of the most important benefits of work experience is its potential to provide opportunities for students to learn about their own abilities. It helps them to explore their strengths and weaknesses and identify gaps in their skills.
We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Shrewsbury Colleges Group and welcoming more students onto our Shropshire based sites.
