It’s World Mental Health Day 🌍

This year the theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is ‘Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority’, so we asked some of our members of staff how they like to prioritise their own wellbeing.

In today’s fast-paced environment, it’s important to take the time to look after your mental health as well as physical. Today is also a chance to have conversations about how we need to take care of ourselves, as well as to get help if you are struggling.
